Fudgin" Awesome reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your products as they become available. Usually, products ship within 1-3 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. Fudgin' Awesome, at its discretion reserves the right to ship out the next closest similar flavor for any missing flavors from assortment packs. Fudgin' Awesome also reserves the right to cancel and refund parts of orders that are out of stock. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

RETURNS
Fulfillment mistakes may happen from time to time. Because food products are non returnable, we will gladly correct any mistakes that have been made. Please contact us by email and include your order number, issue, and contact information and a representative will gladly assist you.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address (improper address was entered by the buyer at the time of ordering on our website), we will make an attempt to contact the customer by email and or phone. When orders are returned or corrected by the carriers, there is an additional fee that is charged to the shipper by the carrier. The customer is responsible for paying these fees/charges and any fees/charges incurred to re-ship the order. If the customer prefers a refund rather than having the package re-shipped they will receive a refund, less the original shipping fees (that were charged to the shipper), (and any return fees that were charged to the shipper) associated with the package associated with the package>. 

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

TAXES
Fudgin' Awesome collects taxes in states that currently require it to do so.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Fudgin' Awesome shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Fudgin' Awesome shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Fudgin' Awesome will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
